Kathy has provided secretarial and administrative support for The Stewardship Foundation since 1990. As Administrative Assistant, she prepares correspondence, newsletters, reports and legal documents and designs advertisements, brochures and the annual report. She is also responsible for designing and managing multiple records management systems and assembles material packs for seminars. She handles all incoming and out-going mail and telephone calls and coordinates bulk mailings. Kathy serves as The Foundation Receptionist, Recording Secretary to The Foundation’s Board of Directors, Coordinator and Registrar for special events. She also provides secretarial support to The Board and has completed advanced courses in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word and Excel.

She has been employed full-time since 1967 and her most recent experience was as Staffing Coordinator and Manager of several local temporary employment services and as a licensed employment agent. She was a former member of the Pennsylvania and National Associations of Temporary Services. Her varied background also includes client negotiations and contract bidding, customer service, direct marketing and public relations, client presentations, supervising and training sales staff, payroll, establishing a branch office, HR\Representative, OSHA Officer, and Unemployment Compensation Representative.

Kathy has served the local church as Certified Lay Speaker, Chairperson of Administrative Council, Christian Education Coordinator, Youth Coordinator, Children’s Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher and as Lay Member to Annual Conference. Past involvement in the community includes Newsletter Editor for the Greater Harrisburg Arts Council, Public Information Director for Parents Without Partners and Program Director for “Stepfamilies” support program at Tressler Lutheran Services. She currently serves on the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church committees for Religion and Race and Congregational Vitalization and Church Growth.
