Wills & Estate Planning
This type of planning involves wills, trusts, federal gift taxes, executors (personal representatives), guardianship, living wills and durable powers of attorney. Estate planning expresses what we believe, assures the proper disbursement of property and minimizes taxes payable at death.
One of the hardest concepts to convey is that wills aren't just for wealthy people and everybody has an estate. Everything you have worked hard for your entire life constitutes your estate. Directing how your estate will be distributed after your death is just as important as how you care for it during your lifetime. In fact, it's part of your Christian responsibility.
When you're ready, we will meet with you confidentially to compile an outline for your will. You may then take this outline to your attorney for use in writing your actual legal will.
In our Wills and Estate Planning Seminar you will learn what is required in order to convey your wishes and eliminate a lot of stress on your loved ones at the time of your death. You will have an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of experts in the field to help secure the future for your family, and designate the distribution of your assets.
