Immediate Job Opening: The United Methodist Stewardship Foundation is seeking a full-time account manager to become part of a dynamic team focused on Christian service and generous leadership. You will build long term relationships with investment clients, helping them with timely solutions based on their ministry needs while effectively communicating and collaborating with a constituency of over 800 churches.
As the primary financial contact person, your responsibilities will include accounts payable, deposits, transfers, general ledger entries, bank account reconciliations, sub-accounting, research, correspondence, and establishing new accounts. You will also prepare and present monthly reports for the board.
The technical skills required are as follows: MS Word, Sage Accounting, ACT database, DocuSign, and electronic filing. Our account manager will also possess excellent problem solving and customer service skills. You will have an ability to work independently, but a willingness to work as a team player as you prioritize multiple projects and produce work with dedicated attention to detail. Salary is commensurate with experience; training is provided as needed.
